Host Submission Checklist for Completed Episodes

Host Episode Submission Checklist

• Audio files delivered via YouSendIt to Tim with notes about any areas where it obviously needs editing.
o Audio file naming convention:
• Show Name Abbreviation; Guest or Subject Name, Part Number i.e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3; “Highlights of Today’s Show.” Example:

• JFW_KaliMa_Part1of2
• JFW_KaliMa_Part2of2
• JFW_KaliMa_Highlights

• Name of Episode — example “Expanded Dating Options for Women”
• Name, title and company affiliation of Guest
• Guest bio
• Guest Headshot
• Guest links for episode page (links to Amazon for their books or any books mentioned on the show – we don’t need the Amazon link, we can get that – we just need the names of the books mentioned
• URL of their website, link to their workshops or other items discussed

o 15 character link copy and 25 character link description (character count includes spaces between words)
• 100-250 word episode description – example:

o Susan Bratton interviews Kimbal Musk, CEO of Me.dium.com and Ted McConnell, Director of Interactive Innovation for Procter & Gamble. In this episode Susan discusses subjects ranging from electric cars and serial number #003 from Tesla Motors, the wind farms of Colorado, the business opportunities available in alternative energy, especially bio-diesel, liver and the French Culinary Institute, corn starch disposables, The Kitchen — one of “America’s Top Restaurants” and the political networking vision of ProgressNow.org with Kimbal. Ted talks about media psychology and hypnosis to go deeper into brand meaning, the best cheddar cheeses from England, Cincinnati musicians including a clip that Ted produced in his rockin’ basement studio, as well as Ted’s opinion on “homifilia” — the lack of diversity created by the wisdom-of-crowds social media formats.
