Two Examples of BioDynamic Touch In Action
These are two experiences from biodnamic cranisacral touch, something I’ve found is very synergistic with learning and practicing Expanded Orgasm.
#1 Dangling Bridges
“Along with this I felt profound awe and was reminded that I am not my physical body, and felt connected to my higher centers, or whatever part of the image I was looking at that time. It was a profoundly moving experience.
What was I feeling? The most exquisite sublimity imaginable. Beyond time. I felt like I was literally sitting atop thousands of little dangling bridges between his fingertips and me. The slightest motion, the slightest change in breath on his part, the slightest anything, had a ripple effect along the dangling bridges.
For the most part, I was enjoying observing what I call the “dangling bridges” effect. It’s almost as if each finger was a rope connected to a dock and I was a large ship and I could float in the water. Increasingly I felt what it felt like to float in the vast ocean of pure consciousness, knowing that somewhere down the line, simultaneously, I was tethered to reality.
I was aware of awareness itself. It was awareness that was keeping the bridges from swaying too much, and allowing me to suspend myself across the vast terrain of the universe without falling back into my smaller, contracted self…”
#2 Container-Enlarging to Expand Pleasure
His breathing was profound. It was so low in his belly, that I had never seen anything this low in my entire life. It was also measured, and very smooth, and very small, waves lapping on shore, the little waves, like little ripples from a goldfish swimming around. I had never seen anybody’s breath that low in the abdomen, and I was transfixed. At some point his breathing shifted, and it became irregular, a sign that he was entering “pure breath”.
There was quite a beauty to the pure breath as well. Again I watched, transfixed, because nothing else to change. The only thing that had moved was this one instantiation of the timing. The location was still deep in his belly.
When I had my session, I decided I would learn from him. Rather than going into the rapid breathing that I was known to do when things got intense, I kept moving my energy deep into my belly, and letting go, and softening, remembering the direct experience I had gotten from watching him. This enabled me to intensify my own experience of receiving. At first my body had snakelike motions, with the kundalini snake, though they were so subtle that an average observer might have been hard-pressed to notice them.
Then the sun started coming through and I became a warm golden glowing, which then started to intensify as I kept sending the energy slowly into my belly. Eventually my whole body began glowing like the sun, and eventually, every cell started bursting out, glowing with intense sun like radiant energy.
Kechari Mudra (gently pressing in my tongue to my roof of my mouth) helped spread the energy and close the circuit so the energy could circulate even as I glowed like a sea of bliss, healthy, radiant, and intensely concentrated. I said to myself, you have been so inwardly focused, and this is your joy, this is your happiness, and you deserve this. Take it all, have this for yourself. And that I did.
I kept cycling from head to belly and belly to head and drinking in the Breath of Life.
