Dear Expanded Lovemakers,

I have something truly remarkable to share with you. On the weekend of October 31 and November 1, I am taking a certain course for the second time, and I’m inviting you to join me. I am so excited about this course and its potential for “expanding your container” for pleasure and personal growth, that I want to share my own experience with you (I have no formal or financial involvement with this course).

Instructor Charles Ridley teaches some of the most beautiful and impactful information I have ever encountered, embodying deep simplicity and extraordinary power to deliver me all the way to my deepest self, over and over again. His course is called “Dynamic Stillness: Embodiment of Your Natural State and the Art of Transmission through Touch.”

I have been learning and practicing this material for more than a year, and it has helped me survive major crises, as well as the usual barrage of pings to my ego. (And by the way, when I need to be a “online”, for example to host a podcast, or be there for someone else who needs me more than I need them, what I learned has come in very handy - even if it is simple!)

And get this: this work has also taught me how to navigate the realms of pleasure, both the everyday and the profound, and to walk through each moment with peace and joy. I have learned through this work to expand my own container (yes, including, but not limited to, erotic pleasure!) for giving and receiving far more joy and ecstasy and I knew possible. I have learned to touch with greater feeling and awareness, and I have learned to receive at a whole new level of feeling.

I know that there is so much more I have to learn from this humble, inspiring, and gifted teacher. I will be there (in Berkeley) that weekend, 9:30 to 4, going deeper. I hope you can join me.
