TimeBridge Meeting Scheduler Two Thumbs Up
I was introduced to TimeBridge by my clever friend, Mark Michael Lewis, host of the “Money, Mission and Meaning” show. (he’s @TheThriveCoach on Twitter)
With TimeBridge, you can send up to 5 proposed meeting times to as many recipients as you want and everyone can see your preferred times amongst the selection and respond back with their availability. It helps converge groups around a single, best meeting time easily.
I’ve integrated the ap into my Apple Calendar and now propose meetings from a toolbar. I really like this ap, but be careful. It will prompt you to send an invite to everyone in your address book. If you don’t want to do that, you can still use it effortlessly and none of your recipients even have to register.
It’s a naturally viral ap and I think the company has done a great job with this utilitarian feature. I give TimeBridge two thumbs up.
