BBQ in Austin – Here’s One For Andy
Andy Sernovitz writes about Texas BBQ and though I agree that the Porky’s of Memphis “throw downs” grilled by my friend Tim Smith are sublime, I recommened The County Line BBQ in Austin above all others. Especially the County Line at the Lake.
I have the good fortune of being on the advisory board of Powered, Inc. who are an amazing team of people AND invite me to Austin a couple of times a year to be thoroughly impressed by their skill and success.
Plus I get to eat BBQ at The County Line.
