I thoroughly enjoyed this interview with Gina and think is one of the best Dishy Mix episodes I've heard yet.

I may be a little biased because we have a Ning community, http://reef.beachwalks.tv and love their application and community support. But aside from that, Gina provided a lot of useful information regarding the Ning service and on building social communities.

I also really appreciated the way Susan presented the questions and provided a little info on who the question was from. Definitely helps, in the context of the question, to know who is asking.

Very timely podcast. I just read the Fast Company article about Gina so it was nice to be able to hear her perspective on social networking. Another great podcast.
