We experimented with over-scripting and over-producing our Mac Geek Gab podcast in the beginning, and very quickly learned that "just being ourselves" was the magic formula for us. Listeners loved it, and subscriber numbers increased tenfold and more within weeks. That doesn't mean we don't get negative comments from time-to-time, but that's OK. It's all well-received and taken with sincerity. Just be yourself and let the tape roll! Couldn’t agree more.
