And one final deliverable, the Chapman Smashed Potato recipe:

- Pot of chopped up Red Potatoes with skins on
- Boil until tender and drain
- Put back in pot with two sticks of butter, 1/2 cup of shredded parmigiana cheese and the squishy cloves of a roasted garlic bulb (To prepare: cut off top of clove and drizzle olive oil over the top. Wrap in tin foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in advance.)
- Once butter has melted MASH (do not whip) with a potato masher
- Add in Heavy Whipping Cream and mix till to a consistency you like
- Add black pepper to taste
