•    Articulate reviews and a pleasant speaking voice
•    Having your own professional quality microphone and recording equipment (Mac or PC with audio interface is fine)
•    Commitment to delivering 52 shows a year
•    Commitment to blogging each show once a week and preferably two incremental blog posts per week about your show
•    Computer literacy – confidence around blogging, email, attachments, uploading files in addition to recording each show
